We want you to feel beautiful on your special day; if your lace mantilla veil isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our bridal support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your lace veil to avoid snagging and place it back in its original protective packaging and bridal box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the lace for integrity, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
